Do you have precious experience covering classes across KS1/KS2? Are you seeking progression to become a teacher in the future? If you answered yes, then this HLTA role is for you! The role: HLTA As a HLTA you will be responsible of leading the class, supporting teachers with planning and observations, providing additional support to pupils who need it. You will create a positive learning environment which pupils feels safe and kept always engaged. You must have Level 4 HLTA qualification, at least one years rsquo; experience covering classes in a mainstream setting and enhanced DBS on the update service.
