This role involves overseeing intricate refurbishments of museums, globally acclaimed theatres, schools, higher education facilities, hospitals, and research centres. The accomplished Senior Construction Project Manager collaborates with commercial and design management teams, focusing on cost and contract management. They take charge of the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion, monitoring design activities in alignment with the program and milestones. Additionally, they play a mentoring and supportive role for junior team members.
