Mechanical construction manager

We are working with a well respected M E contractor with a turnover of circa GBP65m and a strong presence across sectors who are looking for a mechanical site manager to join their London business unit to work on a notable GBP15m M E mixed use student accomadation and commercial scheme in South West London. As mechanical site manager you will work closely with an on-site senior mechanical project manager and be tasked with overseeing a particular mechanical package to manage and motivate specialist sub-contractors to completion. Sign off to pay an attractive salary with an opportunity to join a talented team with an interesting project that runs until mid 2025. The company in question have a strong and varied order book of projects across London for the coming years. Duties include: bull; Leading on site mechanical team bull; Liaising with Directors/Project management bull; Holding client/sub-contractor meetings bull; Ensuring work is per specification bull; Ensuring on site Health Safety regulations are adhered to. The ideal candidate: bull; Experience working for an M E contractor in a supervisory role bull; Previous experience on projects of a similar size bull; Highly organised bull; Ability to work in a fast paced environment
