Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Hounslow Salary: GBP85 - GBP100 per day Start Date: ASAP, April 2024 Contract Type: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent Are you Genuinely passionate about improving the lives of children who require special education support? Responsibilities as a SEN Teaching Assistant: Provide children in special education the assistance they need. Maintain a friendly and caring environment in the classroom. Promote the usage of customized lesson plans. Assist the teachers to establish a welcoming and stimulating learning environment. Give students specialized assistance when they need it. Keep an eye on developments, document them, and modify support plans as necessary. Requirements as a SEN Teaching Assistant: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. the ability to modify instruction to meet different needs and demands. A strong sense of empathy and a desire to make a difference in the lives of children. Preferential training or certifications in special education. An enhanced DBS on the Update Service. A track record of successfully meeting the special education requirements of young children.
