Here is a snapshot of some duties:- * Oversee both purchase and sales ledger * Supervise junior members of staff within the finance team * Offering support and guidance * Responsible for payment runs and approvals * Assist with VAT and daily reporting * Oversee credit control function * Manage weekly and monthly payroll * Assist with audit preparation You will be in safe hands with your career as full training and development will be provided. Experience It is key you have experience within an Assistant Accountant role especially in relation to transactional finance Ideally AAT qualified or actively studying towards ACCA or CIMA You will have a genuine desire to make a difference with a proactive approach If you are keen, organised, with a drive to learn then this could be the job for you!
