We are now recruiting Vehicle Technicians at our North West Hub, Warrington Workshop on a permanent contract, with the potential to earn up to GBP 50,000 per annum. Is so, Royal Mail is the place for you Salary: GBP 35,364 per annum. A shift allowance of GBP 78.00 per week when working the 13:30 : 21:00 shift. Saturday and Sunday working is 1 in 3 weeks (1 Saturday in 3 weeks and 1 Sunday in 3 weeks) A weekend supplement for Saturday ( GBP 50 per attendance) and Sunday ( GBP 100 per attendance) is applicable. A Royal Mail Technician can expect to earn up to GBP 50,000 per annum including overtime. You may be eligible for a welcome bonus of GBP 1500 Working Hours: Full time : 39.5 hours per week. We are looking for professional vehicle technicians to perform a full range of inspections, diagnosis, maintenance and repair procedures on a range of vehicle, trailers and mechanical equipment operated by Royal Mail Group. As an experienced technician you will have your own personal toolkit equipped to undertake routine maintenance and repair of light/heavyvehicles. Specialist tooling and equipment will be provided for common use by everyone within the workshop. Successful candidates must be fully qualified to at least advanced level (IMI Level 3 in Light or Heavy vehiclemaintenance and repair or an equivalent qualification) and have proven (via CV) experience of working on a wide range of vehicles for example LCV/LGVs We also require you to have a full manual driving licence (LGV preferred with trailer experience for HGV technician).
