S op manager

We are looking for an engaging and supportive Sales and Operations Planning (S OP) Manager to join our team. As an S OP Manager your main mission would be to define and manage the S OP process in order to contribute to the availability of products and guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction, while optimizing OI. Location: we believe in a flexible hybrid approach - you will have the flexibility to work from home and attend either Coleshill or Birmingham offices 1-2 times a week. We would like you to be available to commute to the Coleshill office at least once a week to meet with your manager in person. Traveling: 15-20% (around 1-2 days a week) To lead the Sales and Operations Planning process to monitor performance To lead cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and finance, to ensure that S OP plans are aligned with business objectives To ensure the development and deployment of tools to support the S OP process To prepare and lead: the demand meetings per market, the monthly pre-executive meeting the monthly executive S OP meetings ensure key outputs from S OP process are provided to internal and external stakeholders for execution. To lead the weekly volume review and S OP governance meetings To ensure the right asset recovery To contribute to Continuous Improvement workshops which are identified through the S OP process, or have an impact on the S OP process Are you a MATCH? Experience working in Supply Chain - Operations, preferably 5+ years Fluency in English Solid experience of Operations Knowledge of ERP/ Demand planning Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes Knowledge of Power BI Great communication skills and ability to have a tailored approach with Production as well as to Sales Great ability to move from a global vision to a detailed vision Great ability to lead and implement change: Leadership, influence, communication This recruitment is handled by our internal recruitment team.
