The Role - - Offering support to the wider building surveying team on ranging issues and project details - Developing understanding of latest legal developments in construction and associated law areas - Provide detailed service delivery to ranging clients - Assistance in varying project aspects including client brief, cost control, client brief, through to completion Requirements - - BSc or further education qualification in RICS accredited courses - Developing familiarity and experience in main core building surveying services - Working towards MRICS or desired to do so - Preparation of contract documents Package - - To GBP35k per annum - 25 days holiday annually, excluding bank holidays - Company car or car allowance - Private medical insurance - Bonus initiative - AA road cover WR HVAC | M E are #1 recruitment partner for HVAC jobs.
