Job Role: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our client #39;s Huddersfield office. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commercial acumen, excellent client relationship skills, and an ambitious drive. Key Responsibilities: * Handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters * Providing high quality legal advice to a range of clients, including landlords, tenants, investors and developers * Negotiating commercial leases, sales, purchases and property development agreements * Participating in business development activities to help expand the firm #39;s client base. Candidate Requirements: * Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in Commercial Property * Strong technical knowledge in all aspects of commercial property * Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle a high-volume caseload * Proven track record for business development and client relationship management.
