PPA Teacher - Welwyn Garden City We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) Teacher to join a lovely school I #39;m working with. As a PPA Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing cover and support across various classes, ensuring the continuation of high-quality education in the absence of regular class teachers. Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects and age groups, following the provided curriculum and lesson plans. Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering the academic and personal development of students. Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity in learning experiences and effective classroom management. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and relevant stakeholders. Implement strategies to support students with diverse learning needs and abilities. Uphold school policies and procedures, contributing to a safe and supportive educational environment.Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Proven experience in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians. Adaptability and flexibility to work across different year groups and subjects. A commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.Desirable: Specialization or experience in specific subjects or areas of education. Experience with behaviour management strategies and techniques. Knowledge of educational technology and its integration into teaching and learning.
