Account Manager | Building Maintenance | London South of England | Retail Portfolio GBP70,000 - GBP80,000 + Car Allowance (circa GBP6,000 - GBP7,000) + Generous Package JOB As Account Manager for a leading maintenance service provider, you will have oversight of the maintenance contract to one of their key clients, a blue-chip retail company with a portfolio of sites across London and the South of England, with offices in the West and East of London. The contract will initially have a value of circa GBP1.5m (base contract) and you will lead a small team of circa 5 people, including multi-skilled maintenance Engineers. A commercially astute Account Manager is required to identify and action opportunities for growth, whether that be through extra reactive works or projects, and ultimately through new contract wins based on improved relationships with the client. Medium and long term financial growth for the account will be targeted. COMPANY You will be joining one of the UK #39;s leading facilities and building services management companies. They deliver engineering maintenance to commercial, retail, and industrial sites on behalf of a portfolio of blue-chip clients. EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS Demonstrable commercial acumen; previous experience of increasing profitability ensuring long term growth. Extensive experience in the FM and building maintenance industry, preferably in retail or commercial environments. An engineering background and relevant qualifications are preferred (City Guilds/Apprenticeship) BENEFITS You will join a leading building services provider who have massive plans for growth over the next few years.
