Employment advisor

You will be one of the first Employment Advisors to join this brand-new programme. They will teach you how to be an IPS specialist, which is a specialist methodology for supporting vulnerable individuals into employments. This service is supporting those who are in structured treatment for drug and/or alcohol use There are vacancies in North and South Wiltshire where you will collocate at partner organisation sites. Due to the remote nature of some of the locations driving is essential for the role. You will have a caseload of around 20 clients in total, aiming for around 2 job starts a month (with job sustainment rsquo;s at 3 months) and bring 4-5 new service users onto the service a month. Day to day you will be supporting your clients with career planning, job searching or preparing for interviews. The salary range is GBP26,814 - GBP32,000 dependant on experience.
