Hours of Work Package Information Basic Salary of up to GBP44,000 Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays Full company uniform Key duties Responsibilities Electrical Faulting Finding Lighting Power Issues Emergency lighting tests Fire Alarm tests Testing and Inspection Minor Installation AHU/FCU Maintenance Changing Ballast Assist with carrying out all aspects of M E/Fabric maintenance Requirements Electrically qualified - City Guilds Level 2 or equivalent City Guilds - 18th Edition Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Good communication skills Client Facing Posted by Johnny White
