Special Education Needs Learning Support Assistant (SEN LSA) Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleagues, demonstrating empathy, patience, and understanding. Special Education Needs Learning Support Assistant (SEN LSA) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Special Education Needs Learning Support Assistant (SEN LSA) Relevant qualifications or training in supporting children with SEN, such as Makaton, Team-Teach, or relevant Speech and Language courses, would be advantageous.
