Accounts Assistant Based in Welham Green Up to GBP27,000 dependant on experience Our client, a successful and growing company, is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. You will report directly to the finance manager and main the responsibilities will include: Matching invoice against purchase orders Allocating bank payments Conducting credit control and communicating with vendors regarding purchases Resolving invoice queries efficiently Executing payment runs Reconciling VAT importsIdeal candidate: Previous experience working in an Accounts role Experience using Sage Line 50 Ability to thrive in a fast paced working environment while working independently Able to work on own and in a very busy role Confident using Microsoft packages, Excel and Word in particularPlease be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
