Document controller

Our client is looking for a Document Controller for a long term contract position in Middlesborough. This will be a hybrid position which allows for working from home. Main duties include: * Efficiently manage and control all project documentation in compliance with industry standards and regulations * Implement and maintain document control procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency * Collaborate with project teams to organise, categorize, and archive documents throughout the project lifecycle * Perform regular audits to verify document accuracy and completeness * Coordinate with external stakeholders for document submissions and approvals. Candidates need to have: * Proven experience as a Document Controller * Familiarity with industry-specific documentation requirements and standards * Proficient in using document management systems and related software * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment * Understanding of data protection and confidentiality principles For more information, please contact Joe Poste
