Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Operator to join our clients talented team. As a key member of their production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of their state-of-the-art machinery. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to read CAD drawings (training can be provided), and a passion for delivering high-quality results. This position will lead to a permanent contract after a probabtionary period. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain machinery to ensure smooth production processes. Read and interpret CAD drawings to set up machines for accurate and precise manufacturing. Training can be provided. Transfer data from CAD drawings to the machines for efficient production. Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards. Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organised work environment.Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills for fault finding. Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
