Job description:

We are seeking to employ professionals within this specialised industry, to carry out duties on a varying size of projects. SITE MANAGER ROOFING CLADDING ndash; bull; Oversee the day to day running of various site bull; Control and implement health and safety on site bull; Manage quality control and progressive handovers of installation bull; Co-ordinate site activities in line with programme sequence bull; Schedule materials and deliveries in adequate time bull; Attend progress meetings bull; Oversee projects from start through to completion, ensuring works are completed on time bull; Manage record keeping for all contract related correspondence and documentation bull; Provide contract related issue resolution, both internally and externally bull; Demonstrate negotiation and problem solving bull; Excellent verbal communication skills Requirements for applicant: bull; Ideal candidate will have a proven record of progression within a construction company bull; Cladding installation experience with a minimum of 5 years rsquo; experience in a supervisory role bull; Full understanding of scheduling material and organising installation teams bull; Excellent health and safety management bull; SMSTS bull; Full Driving license bull; Conflict resolution/communication skills bull; Must be computer literate
