Trainee car sales executive

Listers Group is currently selecting suitable applicants to attend a Sales Executive Recruitment Day which will be held in Solihull on Thursday 25th April. Description: We are looking to recruit ambitious, smart and results motivated individuals to be Sales Leaders of the future. We aren rsquo;t looking for the finished article as we will in turn offer a comprehensive induction through our accredited sales executive training programme. You must have a full, valid driving licence and be able to work between 08.30 and 18:00 Monday ndash; Saturday with a day off in the week, and alternate Sundays 10:00 ndash; 16:00. What we are looking for: bull; Unlimited confidence, resilience, drive, energy and talent. bull; A well-presented individual with a desire, character and attitude to succeed. bull; An individual with the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers. bull; A real hunger to meet and exceed targets and KPI #39;s. What to expect: bull; Typically you can expect to earn GBP35,000 in your first year, however many individuals earn in excess of this. bull; Use of a company car. bull; An intensive development programme. bull; An outstanding working environment and exciting career opportunities.
