My client are looking for a dedicated and energetic individual to join their growing customer service team in Mansfield. In this role, you #39;ll handle customer calls and emails, resolving enquiries with a keen focus on satisfaction and care. You #39;ll take ownership of customer requests, managing them efficiently using a ticketing system. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the stellar reputation of the company and fostering confidence in its products and services. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of one year #39;s experience in customer services or a call centre, be adept at using ticket systems, and possess outstanding communication skills. You #39;ll embody service excellence, demonstrate sound commercial judgement, and maintain high levels of integrity and trust.
