This role also involves strong experience within the MSP industry so if you have not worked in this environment then you do not have the suited skills for the position. Microsoft Azure or office 365 Certification Required They are looking for someone who has the following: Experience troubleshooting Excellent communication skills and drive to learn The ability to schedule and manage tasks efficiently A passion and interest in IT A team player with the ability to work alone where necessary, and a keen learner.
