In this role, you will be responsible for: Accompanying strategic projects as a consultant (m/f/d) for their customers Analysis, conception and implementation of IT specialist concepts and processes in cooperation with the specialist departments of our customers Organisation, implementation and management/moderation of workshops Preparation of offers and sales presentations of solutions to their customers Possibility of taking over a (partial) project management including the management of project resources and project controlling Essential Skills Completed IT training or a degree in mathematics, computer science, natural sciences, technology (MINT), or comparable qualifications, along with relevant professional experience. Previous experience as a consultant and/or system specialist for Microsoft infrastructures, demonstrating strong communication skills and an analytical mindset. Fluent German language skills and good English language skills are required. In addition, your profile should include in-depth knowledge and experience in at least one of the following areas: Windows Client and Server operating systems (including versions up to at least Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016). Microsoft Active Directory Services, including ADS, DHCP, DNS, and GPO. Microsoft Exchange. Microsoft Terminal Services. Microsoft Cloud Services, such as Azure and M365. Microsoft System Center, including SCCM/MECM, SCOM, SCVMM, SMA, and other relevant components. Having expertise in any of these fields will further strengthen your profile and enable you to excel in this role.
