At the forefront of the IT Cyber Security industry, Egress can provide an unrivalled career path in IT Operations The Team The Egress IT Ops team is a small (4 engineers), friendly, very busy close-knit team and is based at our London and Sheffield offices. With a wide variety of work, you’ll have the opportunity to work as part of the team and manage projects. The Role You will be leading projects and assisting the team to: support 290 users spread across the UK, North America, and Australia manage and monitor the IT Ops on-prem and cloud infrastructure, identify and troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary repairs or upgrades monitor security threats and vulnerabilities, implement security measures, and maintain compliance with data security regulations maintain and support services (e.g., video conferencing, cloud telephony, MS Office365) continuously evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT infrastructure and processes The Person As a member of the IT Ops team, you will be expected to be able to work both independently and as part of a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Being a highly motivated individual who enjoys working in a challenging and rewarding environment, you will be a problem solver, a quick learner, have a passion for technology and be confident communicating with a wide range of people from juniors to senior executives.
