To find out more about us We are seeking a talented Service Desk Analyst to support colleagues in Achieving for Children to make the most of the technology available to them. About the role As a Service Desk Analyst for Achieving for Children, you will be responsible for: Providing excellent customer service and help colleagues with any problems they may have with our key case management systems Making sure that any problems which could have been avoided by improving our system or providing more training are communicated to the team management Helping colleagues get the most of the technology available to them Supporting the system improvement projects we are working on by being involved with testing and training.
