IT Technical Leader - International Law Firm - London City 80-90k + Excellent Bens - Hybrid 3 in office 2 WFH Fantastic opportunity to join a London City Law firm as the Technical Lead/Manager of the Applications and Infrastructure Teams, (c7 headcount in total). The successful applicant will possess a minimum 3 years experience in a similar role either at a Law firm or professional Services firm within a Microsoft environment. You will lead and assist in the development of a high-performing team , focusing on training and their development through regular reviews and consistently looking at ways to improve their own and the team performance. You will report directly to the Head Of IT. You will have proven people and stakeholder management skills and be experienced in project managing new system implementations and project activities when required. You will possess the ability to recognise good code/coding and recommend changes if required and adopt realistic project time frames for the team etc... With regards to previous project experience, knowledge of moving systems/infrastructure into the cloud would be an advantage.
