My client is seeking temporary cover to assist with the day to day management of probate and estate administration matters, new and ongoing. The company has a large client base of law firm #39;s abroad and therefore the work is mainly foreign domicile cases (prior knowledge is useful) Daily Duties: Preparation of HMRC inheritance tax forms and HMCTS grant application Dealing with IHT payable if required Obtaining grants of probate/ reseal grants and administering the assets and dealing with any liabilities afterwards. This includes encashment of bank accounts, investments, pensions and disposal/ transfer of shareholdings through our trusted broker.Requirements: Previous experience working within a similar role (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) Very well organised with time and work load Ability to work on own initiative and as a team player Friendly professional attitude IT literate - Microsoft Word / Excel / OutlookIf this is for you then you should apply today!
