Contracts manager refurbishment fit out

Contracts Manager required in Essex GVR Solutions are currently representing a reputable and very well-established main contractor, based in Essex, who have entered the market for an experienced Refurbishment and Fit out Contracts Manager to join their pre-construction team. As a Contracts Manager you will: * Preferably would be ex trade with vast supervision/ management experience working up from site operative. * Programming experience * Full contract obligation awareness * Good client facing candidate * Lead all negotiations of contracts for construction projects * Create, review, negotiate and administration of all Contracts, Sub-Contractors, Teaming and Non-Disclosures. * Contract Negotiations and strategies, including fee/profit objectives * Settle disputes regarding contract interpretation * Liaise with management team and be point of contact for internal teams who may have questions regarding contracts. * Manage and track project finance on an ongoing basis * Review reports to make sure projects are within the time-frame and budgets * Identify and ensure compliance with contract terms, from proposal to completion, submitting reports timely. * Continually refine suppliers cost savings and deliver the best value at all times * Develop strong relationships with Clients and in-house management * Identify risks and escalate The Contracts Manager must have/be: * Have experience with the Prime Residential Sector * Have a detailed knowledge and understanding of a Contracts Manager * Have a stable employment record * Relevant IT Skills * Excellent oral communication and written skills * Ability to manage multiple projects * Proven track record of liaising with Clients * Strong attention to detail * Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, diplomatic, deal maker * Confident, Articulate and a critical thinker If you meet all the Contracts Manager requirements above, then please get in touch
