Reporting to the Financial Controller and working in their highly supportive and friendly finance team this is a vital role within the accounting function of this organisation administering all funding aspects and providing support to the FC and finance team and a summary of all the duties in order to achieve this appear below: Maintain and develop the company rsquo;s vehicle database Obtaining funding clearance and allocating settlements Obtain credit facilities for their corporate clients Monitor credit lines Co-ordinate financing of vehicles with Finance Houses Liaise with funders internal customers Ensure all funding queries internal external are resolved promptly Set up and maintain a Procedure Document for their area of responsibility Applications for this highly responsible, unique and rewarding role are particularly invited from candidates with previous accounts office experience who have excellent communication IT skills that includes MS Windows Excel. You will also need to be a very effective problem solver and very well organised and be able to provide an extremely high standard of customer service both externally internally and be exceptionally professional and self motivated at all times.
