Installation Supervisor Salary: GBP 35,000 : GBP 40,000 DOE + Overtime+ Company Van Shift: Mon : Fri : Days Location: Birmingham My client, a large International leading supplier of treatment solutions is looking for a qualified and experienced Installation Supervisor to join their team. The main responsibilities of the Installation Supervisor; : Oversee the entire lifecycle of solution/sales projects, working closely with the solutions/sales team, from inception to completion. : You will collaborate with the Installation Manager, providing regular updates on installation progress, identifying potential issues, and addressing foreseeable challenges. : Conduct on:site RAMS processes, meticulously identifying on:site risks and implementing robust control measures, while ensuring clear communication of installation methodologies to all site personnel and customers throughout the project. : While on:site, you will lead installations and supervise the daily activities of Installation Operatives and subcontractors. : Given the physically demanding nature of this role, a high level of fitness is essential to effectively carry out daily tasks and meet both internal and customer expectations regarding on:site safety.
