Head of quality

Milton Keynes ndash; Head of Quality ndash; Salary GBP60-70k ndash; Electronics My client are leaders in the electronic manufacturing industry. The company are increasingly growing to meet the advancing demands and are looking for a Head of Quality. Main Duties: * Provide leadership to the quality department and team. Manage, develop, and motivate an effective Quality team * Manage all aspects of Organisation #39;s Quality * Own and lead the business ECN (Engineering Change Note) Process * Work with Production, Supply Chain, Customer Support, Logistics to integrate Quality objectives into business objectives * Lead coordination with engineering, product management and operations to implement manufacturing plan for products * Own process to monitor status of all new products * Prepare plans for all NPI projects and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders * Maintain a strong relationship with Product Management to understand business product roadmap and status Key Skills and Experience: * Previous experience within a Quality Manager/Head of Quality type role * Experience within an electronics manufacturing environment * Knowledge of ISO 9001 The salary for the position is GBP60-70k depending on experience.
