Supporting the Purchasing Manager, the Supply Chain / Inventory Planner will take overall responsibility for material forecasting, ordering, scheduling and other supply chain activities to ensure product availability to the end customer. You will have worked in a similar role within Inventory Planning / Purchasing / Stock Control / Materials Planning / Materials Control / Supply Chain within the distribution sector and have excellent knowledge of stock/inventory management processes. If you are CIPS qualified then great, but if not then it rsquo;s not a deal-breaker. If you know about international trading and have a grasp on UK/EU customs requirements, then that would be great. You will also need to be confident with using MS Excel and familiar with its data analysis features If you feel you have the relevant experience and motivation to join this leading business, then apply!
