Finance manager

Finance Manager London GBP33,000 to GBP37,000 DOE plus excellent benefits We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to support a team passionate about organising the most creative holidays on the planet. Reporting to the Finance Director this role will be responsible for heading up the finance function, implementing new reporting processes and helping to deliver the strategic plan. Responsibilities Preparation of monthly management accounts Payments and payment reconciliation Project accounting Identifying cost savings and managing budgets Preparation of end of year accounts Compliance and regulatory accounting What we are looking for: At least 2 years rsquo; experience in a similar role, preferably in the travel sector Be entrepreneurial, a lsquo;doer rsquo;, and enjoy working within small team environments A genuine passion for travel, adventure and luxury Experience on Xero or similar systems would be beneficial Professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent) or qualified by experience Salary Benefits: GBP33,000 to GBP37,000 per annum DOE with excellent employee benefits. Hybrid work, with 3 days in our London office and two days working from home Annual bonus scheme, and GBP1,000 to put towards benefits of your choice each year 23 days holiday, increasing for long term service Good office environment with regular social events Opportunity for travel trips Location: London.
