OTE ndash; cGBP55,000 (per annum) 3-Shift Pattern ndash; 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm (Mon ndash; Fri) / 10pm-6am (Sun ndash; Thur). This role supports manufacturing through the provision of maintenance engineering activities across all automated production machinery on site. Read on hellip; Role Description. * Supervising a small team of maintenance engineers, achieving department engineering objectives. * Supervising of the team to provide reactive, planned, preventative and emergency maintenance to minimise machinery downtime. * Helping to provide lsquo;hands on rsquo; maintenance engineering support. * Supervising and managing installation activities, both electrical and mechanical. * Utilising the CMMS. * Ensure all work is conducted to H S standards and risk assessments conducted. * Reporting into the Maintenance Engineering Manager. Skills and Qualifications. * Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineering background ndash; Electrically biased. * Formal Electrical / Mechanical Qualifications (Level 3+). * Experience of working within a high-speed manufacturing environment (essential). * Supervisory or Team Leadership experience. * Clear communication skills and highly organised.
