Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities middot; As a Year 3 teacher you will be responsible for the pastoral care of children taking their first steps in Key Stage 2, promoting teamwork, and cultivating a conducive learning environment. middot; Teaching the Key Stage 2 curriculum to groups of children while also focusing on each individual child #39;s learning targets, encouraging their strengths, and improving their weaknesses middot; Keeping track of children #39;s progress and occasionally reporting back to parents Year 3 Teacher Requirements middot; A qualified teacher status (QTS), PGCE or equivalent middot; Experience in teaching Year 3 students and preparing them for SATs exams middot; A proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons and achieving excellent academic results middot; A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment methodologies middot; Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills middot; Patience, resilience, and a passion for teaching middot; A willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues Application The school offers a supportive work environment, career development opportunities, and competitive salary.
