Great, then this School in Batley needs you! Randstad Education are assisting a Primary school in Batley in recruiting an Early Years Teaching Assistant on a full time basis. The role is to start Arpil - July with opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Assist the early years educators in planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate learning activities. Provide individualized support to children with diverse learning needs, ensuring that all children can fully participate in classroom activities. Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment where children feel valued and supported. Collaborate effectively with the early years team to assess children #39;s progress and implement targeted interventions where necessary. Support children with personal care tasks such as toileting and dressing, in accordance with safeguarding guidelines. Establish positive relationships with parents and caregivers, providing regular feedback on children #39;s progress and development.Requirements: Previous experience working with young children, preferably in an early years setting. Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2 or 3 in Childcare and Education, or equivalent. A genuine passion for early years education and a commitment to supporting the holistic development of young children. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
