We are seeking a dedicated Children #39;s Tutor to join our client team based in the Bishop #39;s Stortford area. Key Responsibilities: Implementing students #39; interests and preferences into their learning to maximise engagement. Collaborating with our Wellbeing team to implement effective strategies and interventions. Managing behaviour to create a positive and safe learning environment. Taking accountability for student attainment, progress, and outcomes. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum education to A-level standard or equivalent (Desirable). Some experience in planning, delivering, monitoring, and evaluating lessons (Desirable). Experience working with students who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs (Desirable).
