Family support worker

Family Support Worker Paddock Wood, Kent Full-time GBP15 to GBP17 per hour We are looking for an experienced Family Support Worker to work alongside our client, supporting the care of their 3-year-old son who has cerebral palsy and complex needs. You will be joining them at the beginning of their exciting journey, as they begin to build a team of Family Support Workers who will assist their son and his family at home with all of his personal care, nutritional, medical, developmental and leisure/play needs. The position of Family Support Worker will be full-time and will cover the following hours, however, there may be an opportunity for additional hours. * Waking night shift - 8:30pm to 8:30am four times a week (Monday to Sunday) Rates of pay: * Weekday shift @ GBP15:00 per hour * Weekend shift @ GBP17.00 per hour Two excellent references and an enhanced DBS check will be pursued. Applicants must have previous experience of working with children, a full, clean Driving Licence and at least 1 years rsquo; experience of working in Care and Support
