Office Supervisor-Thetford-GBP28,000-GBP30,000 (DOE) We are currently seeking an Office Supervisor on behalf of our client based in Thetford. This is an integral role supporting a well established team with the day to day running of a fast paced distribution company. Our client place people at the heart of their business and are looking for someone to assist their continued growth! Salary: GBP28,000-GBP30,000 (DOE) Hours: Monday-Friday (08:00-17:00) Holiday: 20 days + Bank Holidays Benefits: Company bonus scheme, free lunch once a week, on site parking, private medical healthcare after 1 years service, increasing holiday entitlement after 1 years service up to a max of 25 days. Job Responsibilities: To oversee and support an established team with their day to day tasks. Ensure all Sales orders are processed efficiently and accurately. Handle any incoming Customer queries and complaints, reaching an agreeable and successful conclusion. To speak with both customers and suppliers with regards to delivery times and lead times, ensuring they are kept up to date at all times. To report to and work with the Operations Manager on any other additional tasks including purchasing. What are we looking for? A team player with strong communication skills. Previous experience in overseeing a team. High level of organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Proficient in IT skills and using different systems. Flexible approach to work and able to problem solve and reach solutions.
