Conveyancing assistant

Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for a full time Conveyancing Assistant/ Paralegal. As one of the oldest law firms in the UK, our client offers a wealth of experience across a wide variety of legal services. You will be joining a friendly and supportive team based at one of the three offices in Nottinghamshire, in the heart of the historic town centre. The successful candidate will be supporting and assisting the Solicitors within the department, which will involve carrying out a range of instructions that will encompass aspects of administration coupled with file management. To be considered for this role, you must have experience in carrying out the following tasks: Preparation of sales packs, preparing submitting SDLT, land registration forms and dealing with exchange of contracts and completion. The role will involve some Private Client work, so experience in this area would be an advantage.
