Responsibilities: * Conducting cost analysis and estimating project budgets. * Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities. * Evaluating and negotiating subcontractor and supplier quotations. * Managing project finances and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle. * Collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure project objectives are met. * Conducting risk assessments and implementing risk management strategies. * Providing regular reports on project costs and financial performance. Requirements: * Bachelor #39;s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field. * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry. * Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
