Office manager

Job Title: Office Manager Salary: GBP40,000 Location: Perthshire Working Pattern: Mon - Fri 08.30am - 17:00pm Duties Responsibilities: * Record office expenditure and manage the budget * organising meetings and managing databases * dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries * preparing letters, presentations and reports * Overseeing 4 members of staff within the team * Providing training to staff members * Planning, implementing and supervising the company #39;s financial strategy * Managing the company #39;s financial accounts, payroll, budget, cash receipts and financial assets Requirements: * 2+ years office management experience * Experience liaising with finance HR team * Ability to work within a fast paced environment * High attention to detail * Sage experience (Preferred) * Driving license (Required) Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age
