ROLE: Estimator (Joinery) LOCATION: North London SALARY: Competitive BUSINESS TYPE: Fit Out Main Contractor PROJECTS: Sub GBP50,000-GBP10 million Joinery packages About Our Client: Our client is a leading Joinery Contractor who are looking for an Estimator to join their growing team. Based in North/Central London this client is growing from strength to strength and is seeking a candidate who has worked on The Role: Taking full financial account of projects from start to finish. Tendering Negotiate tenders Liaise with sub-contractors from day one through to final accounts Build relationships. First Principal tendering Work on Joinery Packages The ideal candidate must have: * Experience working as an Estimator/Pre-Construction Manager within Joinery * Must have a minimum of 5 years experience * Degree qualified in a relevant field such as Commercial Management * Exceptional commercial acumen.
