Air conditioning maintenance engineer

Are you an experienced air conditioning maintenance engineer or someone with relevant experience that would like to retrain? My client are a long-established company specialising in the Installation, Service and Maintenance of a wide variety of air conditioning equipment. We have been serving London and surrounding Home Counties. They are actively seeking a reliable, capable maintenance engineer to join our team and assist with their continued growth. Responsibilities middot; You will carry out all aspects of air conditioning maintenance works on equipment including VRF rsquo;s, and split type air conditioning. middot; You will need to complete service sheets and associated paperwork and ensure it is returned to the office in a timely manner. middot; You will need to maintain effective communication with the client and the office and be responsible for your time management ensuring all tasks are completed. middot; You will occasionally assist on Air Conditioning installations when the need arises. Requirements (Essential) middot; Must be C G Level 2 Fgas and ODS Regulations: Cat 4 qualified (however we may consider someone with relevant practical experience subject to passing the Fgas qualification). middot; A full clean UK valid driving license is essential middot; Must have excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail middot; Must have good organisational skills to ensure deadlines are met, and be able to demonstrate self-motivation. middot; Basic computer knowledge middot; Candidate needs to be physically fit and able to work at height, use of ladders, etc. middot; Candidate must be able to provide a high standard of care and attention to the work they carry out as will mainly be working in high end residential properties. middot; Candidate must be comfortable working on their own. Requirements (Desirable) middot; Experience of Air conditioning maintenance is preferred. middot; It is desirable for the candidate to have IPAF/PASMA and CSCS however this is not essential as the correct training can be offered by the company to obtain these. middot; Daikin/Fujitsu/Mitsubishi/Panasonic Servicing Certificates. Rewards middot; Salary: c.
