The Graduate Building Surveyor #39;s role As the new Graduate Building Surveyor, you will be integrated into a dedicated team of 6 Surveyors, contributing to the broader team of over 30 professionals in the London office. Your role will involve delivering a comprehensive range of services to an impressive and diverse client base spanning the residential, office, retail, education, and leisure sectors. The position offers the Graduate Building Surveyor a broad spectrum of responsibilities, from professional services such as party wall matters and surveys to project-focused tasks like contract administration and design work. The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will have? RICS accredited degree, ideally in Building Surveying Strong writtenability and verbal communication A #39;can do #39; attitude, keen to learn and a self starter A keen eye for detail and a passion for the building surveying profession The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamIn return?
