Job title: Production Operative Location: Yarnton Job type: Temporary to permanent Shift: Earlies or afternoons available - please see below EARLIES Rate: GBP11.95 per hour increasing to GBP13.51 after 12 weeks Hours: 6am to 2.30pm Monday to Thursday, 6am to 12.30pm Friday OR LATES Rate: GBP13.15 per hour increasing to GBP15.54 after 12 weeks Hours: 1.30pm to 10pm Monday to Thursday, 12pm to 6.30pm Friday Overtime paid at a premium Our market leading client based in Yarnton are looking for Production Operative to join the team on a temporary to permanent basis The Production Operative will have the following skills and experience - Experience working within a manufacturing environment Good manual skills and able to use hand tools Able to follow instructions and take initiative Good attitude and reliable Once you go permanent and a Production Operative, you will be entitled to the following benefits - 28 days #39; holiday plus bank holidays 10% annual bonus 5% employer contribution pension (uncapped employee contribution) Private medical plan with Bupa and 4 x death in service Other benefits including a cycle to work scheme, flexible working hours and monthly social activities.
