We are looking for a Delivery Team Leader to support and lead a team of Delivery Executives (aka resourcers/recruiters) to be the best they can be. What else will I be doing as a Delivery Team Leader? * Liaising with our Delivery Manager to ensure your team is working on the right roles for the business * Set weekly/monthly objectives for your team * Complete monthly performance reviews * Support and advise the individuals in your team to help career progression * Daily floor walks to support the team and offer guidance * Oversee candidate searches on the database, job boards, and communities of interest * Becoming an internal specialist in the use of the internal training material available * Working with Delivery Manager to map staff career progression * Constantly improving delivery processes, focusing on maintain high standards, best practices and productivity * Fostering a positive workplace What skills do I need?
