The role involves contributing to the development of Veterinary Nurses #39; individual surgical and medical interests, as well as assisting in the training of the nurse and VCA team. Responsibilities: * Participate in appraisals and auditing of clinical care. * Inspire and motivate the team to deliver high-quality care. * Provide excellent customer service and support to clients. * Maintain the purpose-built and fully equipped surgery for optimal clinical care. * Collaborate with a team of 3 Vets, 2 nurses, 2 Student nurses, 1 Veterinary Care Assistant, 1 Practice Manager 4 Client Care Advisors. * Uphold practice standards and certifications, including RCVS Practice Standards (GP), ISFM Feline Friendly Practice, and RAW Rabbit Friendly Practice (Silver). Requirements: * Registered Veterinary Nurse * Experience in general nursing. * Strong customer service skills. * Genuine interest in animal welfare. * Forward-thinking and enthusiastic approach. * Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
