Early Years Teaching Assistant - HAYES Are you passionate about working with young children and making a positive impact on their early education? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join an outstanding school in Hayes. Key responsibilities: Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons and activities for children aged 3 to 5. Support individual students in their learning, providing guidance and assistance as needed. Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters children #39;s social, emotional, and academic development. Collaborate with the teaching team to implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum effectively. Monitor and assess students #39; progress, providing feedback and reporting to the class teacher. Assist with the preparation and organization of classroom materials, resources, and displays. Help with the supervision of children during break times, ensuring their safety and well-being. Requirements: Relevant experience working with young children, preferably in an educational setting. A strong understanding of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues. Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with children and create a nurturing learning environment. A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Ideally, a relevant qualification such as a Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a teaching assistant qualification.
