THE ROLE You will be responsible for sourcing new candidates and new roles. You must be a driven self-starter as this is the tough part of the job. There is no getting away from it; recruitment is a target-orientated industry, and you will be expected to generate revenue to an agreed monthly target. As your skills and confidence grow, you will be given the freedom to influence and own your recruitment processes from end to end.
