Reference 57633 Specialist Support Worker Oak Paddock, Shropshire GBP22,308.00 per annum 37.5 hours per week About the role Oak Paddock is a 4 bedded Crisis House based in Racecourse Lane, close to the Redwoods Centre in Shrewsbury. The remit is to support the Service Lead and the Team in providing therapeutic support to those referred by the Crisis Team and Community Mental Health Teams. We are looking to recruit a compassionate staff member to join our team to support people experiencing mental health crisis rsquo;s. Training will be provided to the successful candidate to equip them with the skills and knowledge of working within a fast-paced environment.
